Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website reiconferencecruise.com (the "Website") or registering for the Independent Real Estate Investors Conference Cruise (the "Event") operated by Co-Living Connections Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
By accessing our Website, registering for the Event, or purchasing a conference ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or register for the Event.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Co-Living Connections Enterprises LLC. By using the Website or purchasing tickets, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Co-Living Connections Enterprises LLC organizes and hosts the Independent Real Estate Investors Conference Cruise, a real estate investment educational conference held aboard a Norwegian Cruise Line vessel sailing from Seattle, Washington to Alaska and back, scheduled for September 12-19, 2026 (the "Event").

IMPORTANT: Conference tickets and cruise cabin accommodations are separate purchases. Cruise accommodations are booked separately through our travel agent partners and are governed by Norwegian Cruise Line's terms and conditions.
Conference ticket pricing is as set forth on the Website at the time of purchase. Current pricing is $997 per person, with a 50% discount on the second ticket purchased for couples attending together. Early bird and promotional pricing is available for a limited time as posted on the Website and is subject to change without notice.
All ticket purchases must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept payment through the methods listed on the Website. All prices are in U.S. dollars. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct. Please retain your confirmation for your records.
We offer a money-back guarantee on conference tickets. You may request a full refund of your conference ticket purchase for any reason, provided your cancellation request is received no later than five (5) calendar days before the Event departure date of September 12, 2026. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Info@SageblossomTravel.com.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received fewer than five (5) days before the departure date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days of the approved cancellation request.
The money-back guarantee applies to conference tickets only. Cruise cabin reservations are subject to Norwegian Cruise Line's cancellation and refund policies. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in cruise accommodations, airfare, and hotel stays.
Conference tickets may be transferred to another individual at no charge, provided you notify us in writing at least 14 days before the Event. Please contact us at Info@SageblossomTravel.com with transfer requests.
The Company reserves the right to modify the conference schedule, speakers, session topics, and port excursion details at any time. Speaker substitutions may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued solely due to schedule adjustments or speaker changes.
In the unlikely event that the Company must cancel the Event entirely due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or cruise line cancellation), we will issue full refunds of conference ticket purchases. The Company's liability in such cases is limited to the amount paid for conference tickets and does not extend to any other costs incurred by you, including cruise accommodations, airfare, or hotel expenses.
The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The conference content, workshops, and presentations are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing presented at the Event constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Real estate investing involves significant risks, including the potential loss of capital.
The Company does not guarantee any specific results from applying the information presented at the Event. Individual results will vary based on personal effort, market conditions, investment choices, and many other factors entirely outside the Company's control. Always consult qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before making investment decisions.
Any testimonials, case studies, or examples of results presented at the Event or on the Website are not guarantees or promises of similar outcomes.
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Event. The Company reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined at the Company's sole discretion.
Attendees must also comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of Norwegian Cruise Line and the vessel's crew. The Company has no authority over cruise line policies and cannot be held responsible for actions taken by the cruise line regarding passenger conduct.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they meet all health, vaccination, passport, and travel requirements for the cruise itinerary, including requirements for entry into Canadian ports of call. The Company strongly recommends consulting travel advisories and ensuring you have appropriate documentation before the Event.
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and educational materials, is the property of Co-Living Connections Enterprises LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Conference materials provided to attendees are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from conference materials without the express written permission of the Company or the respective speaker/content owner.
Recording of any conference sessions (audio, video, or otherwise) is prohibited without prior written consent from the Company and the applicable speaker.
By attending the Event, you grant the Company permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record your likeness and voice during the Event. You consent to the Company's use of such recordings for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes across any media, without compensation to you.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing at Info@SageblossomTravel.com prior to the Event.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CO-LIVING CONNECTIONS ENTERPRISES LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT, OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED.
The Company's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your conference ticket. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
The Company is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, illness, or death occurring before, during, or after the Event, including during cruise activities, shore excursions, property tours, or travel to and from the Event.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Co-Living Connections Enterprises LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Website; (b) your attendance at the Event; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
The Company works with third-party service providers including Norwegian Cruise Line, travel agents, payment processors, and property tour organizers. These third parties operate under their own terms and conditions, and the Company is not responsible for their acts or omissions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Links on the Website to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party websites.
Your use of the Website and attendance at the Event are also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at reiconferencecruise.com. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Website or registering for the Event, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Event shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website or participation in the Event after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Co-Living Connections Enterprises LLC with respect to your use of the Website and participation in the Event, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
